#2 is in the cup, #3-5 are sprouting, keep your fingers crossed for me that #1 makes it too, it’s the most important one this time, the rest can be replaced if necessary.
I’m curious to see how it looks tomorrow.

Fungus gnats are a real pest, I’ve had problems with my houseplants very often.
First, the larvae take your nutrients in the soil, then your roots are next.
Nematodes work best, but according to the instructions, these beneficial organisms should be applied without sunlight. So a cover-of-darkness operation.

On your Tropicana Cookies & Purple Cookies Fast, you can already see on the leaf stems how some are a bit darker (slightly reddish/purple). That’s how it started with mine too.
And my “Super Boof Cherry” is also a cross between: Tropicana Cookies & Black Cherry Punch. I bet a few colors will come into play there as well.

Yeah, one reason why I’ve wanted to have it in the tent for a while 
Super Boof is another one like that, but so far I haven’t seen any affordable seeds that appeal to me. And right now there’s an intake freeze in the seed stash

How long does an auto actually take on average?
And from what I’ve gathered, much less effort is needed. But almost all of them are just seeds. I have a bit of a problem with the seedling phase. Because of all the repotting and stuff. Repotting isn’t really my strong suit. If the soil with the roots isn’t already pre-formed (like those small rubber pots), then I always have trouble taking too much or too little soil with me. And on top of that, it falls apart on me when repotting.

You have to wait until the soil is well rooted, then repotting won’t be a problem.

Autoflowering plants should be germinated directly in their final pot as they don’t like transplanting. It causes a pause in growth which negatively affects the harvest due to the short time they have.

I would say on average an automatic takes about 8-10 weeks. But it always depends on what is being grown. Sativa-dominant strains usually take a bit longer, even up to 11 weeks..
I always grow automatics in the final pot. I let the seed germinate in a glass of water, thoroughly water the substrate once with about 1/3 of the pot volume, and then put it straight in. Then I usually don’t have to worry about watering for the first 10 to 14 days. The soil is also pre-fertilized for that long. Has always worked great for me so far..
