I’m curious how it goes, I’ll keep my fingers crossed for you.
Me too.
When in doubt, I’ll just put three cuttings in one
Sure that’s possible, I had that in the last grow too. Keep in mind that they might need a bit more nutrients than a single one. But what am I saying, you already know what you’re doing. ![]()
Hey everyone, and I wish you all a great start to the upcoming weekend.
There’s nothing new with my 2 clone ladies.
I only check in every three days when it’s watering time.
I now keep the temperature below 25 degrees or at 25 degrees, and the humidity at 44% - 47%.
At night at 18.4 degrees and a maximum of 53%.
And that still works perfectly because the external conditions also contribute well.
So yesterday I took on the tomatoes and took them out of the propagation house.

I built a light stand with part of the trellis.
Today is the repotting into 0.7 L pots.
One is lagging significantly and is stunted.
But for space reasons, I only wanted one anyway, and one for my grandchild.
So that’s fine.
My wife and I also started with the flower boxes on the balcony, and we’ll continue with that today.
Also a reason to stay away from the tent to avoid bringing anything in from outside, now that it’s close to the end.
Oh, right, and my grinder was still waiting!
It was time to clean it.
To collect kief.
And it turned out to be a 0.3 g hash ball of various strains.
And the grinder looks like new.
Best regards, Paule
a small Grow Update from my side ![]()
the Kalini Asia seems to have survived its water damage well; it’s still gaining height, even though it’s already the end of BW4.
I could have saved myself the backup; now I have a 5 cm tall Kalini standing on the balcony.
Maybe I’ll make a Growlog about it again and leave it as a balcony decoration.
Everything is running smoothly with the Banana Melt; the only annoying thing is that a few shoots grew through the net when I was on vacation.
Now I don’t have everything on one level anymore ![]()
But oh well, visually, it beats everything I’ve cultivated so far ![]()
Happy weekend
The Banana Melt is getting a beautiful color, Dirty.![]()
Hey, that’s a beautiful color @Dirty-Hari, have a great weekend too.
I’m home for a bit now and have to leave again soon.
Doesn’t suit me, but that’s very private. The kids, you know, and Daddy has to be ready!
I used the short time to check on the vermicompost bin.
I was amazed when I lifted the lid.
A few days ago I had chicken feed separated from wheat grains.
The corn, dried, partly crushed as it was, and some whole corn kernels. I thought I’d put it into the vermicompost bin as feed.
Now the whole corn kernels had developed an amazing life of their own.
I had 6 healthy, really strong shoots coming through the hemp mat.
Now the problem is that worms don’t eat living plants. Also because the microorganisms don’t tackle and pre-digest them.
But that showed me how healthy the vermicompost is, where there’s still paper (carbonates) and feed mixed in. Is it already full of nutrients because, as I said, the corn seedlings were of a particularly large and vigorous nature.
But since I don’t want to do any plant cultivation in it yet, I removed them, and the roots were quite impressive too. Awesome!
I separated the roots and the upper part from the kernel, which I have now disposed of elsewhere.
The rest of it, now dead, was returned to the bin.
Later I want to plant the tomatoes in 0.7 L pots and I think I’ll take a bit of the humus from there and put it into the tomato soil.
Oh dear, news has already come that kerosene will run out in the next 6 weeks. After that, there will certainly be gasoline rationing for some time.
Until the last drops are used up.
Today, Melitta coffee was on offer at Lidl, 1 kg for 14 euros, otherwise already 20 euros.
But now with anti-theft security!
Hmm - that probably indicates that the beans will soon explode in price.
And not just that!
My neighbor has stacks of white boxes in front of his door. Solar battery station and God knows what else. I think he’s really panicking and preparing for something that hopefully won’t come.
Well, I think it remains exciting with what could potentially come!
Today, 7 days of cure phase are ending, and in the evening I will weigh the dried,
cured Jamaican and store it in a TerpLoc Grove Bag and continue dark storage at around 20 degrees Celsius. It will continue to cure there until I gradually indulge in it. ![]()
I’m still finishing off the remnants of the predecessor. But I always smoke something different. That takes a little while, - already a bit longer.
And now I’m off again. Paule wishes you a nice day.
Here’s a small update from my side again. The Fat Gorilla
Pink Runtz Sherbet Queen Green Gelato Panoramic view Since yesterday, the lamp has been running at 120 watts. The PH problems have disappeared; they all have a beautiful, lush green again. Only in two small spots on the Pinki can you still see that something went awry. When the shoots are a bit longer, I will spread them out a bit more and refix them. I think I can tackle that next week, and from then on, it’s only upwards until I can switch to flowering. And here’s a look into the small lab; the Royal Runtz is also doing great. Since yesterday, it has entered the growth phase.
It is growing really nicely and compactly; I think I will put it into its final pot in a few days.Wishing everyone a nice Sunday.
Hey and greetings to all. The weekend is coming to an end again and I used Sunday, also at my place, to take a closer look at my 2 clones.
@herr_gruen, I see that yours have recovered very well!
So it should continue really well now. All standing nicely at the same height.
Super!
Back to what’s coming today, beautiful pictures from me.
The Autumn Fade is in full swing, the clones are drawing on their nutrient reserves to bring the last nutrients into the flowers.
So I felt compelled to defoliate both today, and I removed many fan leaves, a bit everywhere, that already had dry brown edges.
But everything is optimal, because;
today is flower day 48. So I’ve arrived 10 - 15 days before their end.
I have now lowered the RH to 43 - 45% and kept the temperature below 25 degrees during the day. At night, during the dark phase, the temp is at 18.4 - 19 degrees and the RH at 49 - 53%. Except due to yesterday’s watering and a rainy night, the last night was an outlier with the RH at 57%, which should not cause any Botrytis problems just once.
Defoliation at this time has the advantage of greatly helping with the ventilation of the flowers.
It prevents decaying plant material near the flowers from retaining moisture.
And so it has already become considerably freer in the clones!
And I continue to keep them clean, repeatedly removing leaves that can be pulled off with slight tugging.
I also raised the lamp by 5 cm today to take some more heat off the flower tops.
I will now only keep the soil slightly moist, reducing watering in the last few days to trigger a slight stress situation that stimulates them to maximize their resin production one last time.
A kind of final defense reaction before the end of life, that is one thing…
Clone 1, what I see, saw today, I simply love it!
The buds have slightly increased again. On some, it almost looks like tumors are growing. ![]()
And this even purpling.
This trichome coverage.
… the other due to watering,
for the last days, the “hot phase”.
I am now exercising caution when watering:
Since the plant now has hardly any leaves, or significantly fewer, the transpiration rate has significantly decreased. It “drinks” less. Therefore, I make sure that the substrate does not stay wet for too long – otherwise, this greatly increases the risk of mold in the last few days.
The view today, that’s exactly the sight you wish for just before harvest.
Clone 2
This bud before defoliation
… and the same after slight defoliation.
A beautiful carpet of flowers.
Starting next week, I will begin to photograph the trichomes magnified to determine their ripeness. I am aiming for milky, little glassy, and 5 - 10% amber.
Living Soil, active soil:
Since I use an organic system, the “Autumn Fade” that my plant is currently showing is even more natural and desired than in mineral systems.
The soil microbiology has regulated nutrient uptake throughout the entire cycle. My plant is now “maturing” in its own natural rhythm, without me having to worry about “chemical over-fertilization”. This will be massively reflected in the taste and aroma (terpene profile).
So I am more than satisfied with this run.
This will be awesome weed.
Every now and then, I put the fan leaves into the worm bin to return the nutrients that the plant extracted from the Living Soil back into the worm castings, i.e., directly back into the cycle.
A win-win situation!
That is the true spirit of a Living Soil gardener.
The worms convert the material into excellent worm castings, which I can then use as top-dressing for my next run. ![]()
Unfortunately, there was a small setback with the IMO collection.
Korean Natural Farming - collecting Indigenous Microorganisms!
Although I obtained beneficial organisms, I did not process the whole thing into IMO 2 because the product was contaminated with countless fungal cultures because I had chosen the wrong location.
So another attempt will follow soon, but then untouched by humans in the deep forest. Because if it’s worth doing - it’s worth doing right.
Have a nice evening and continue to have fun cultivating, wishes Pflanzenpaule
You guys have so amazing grows going! Might have to swing by during my layover in Frankfurt lol
Hey folks from near and far!
A beautiful start to the week with plenty of sunshine.
The tomato seedlings are growing slowly and I’ve put them outside for the second time now for hardening off.
Meanwhile, the strawberries are doing great, the first flower stalks are showing, and with the soil preparation before repotting!
They’re already showing a beautiful green.
Last year there was already a multitude of fruits! This year it’s probably going to be even bigger.
This morning I also took a closer look at the worm bin. It’s been in use for just under 4 weeks now.
Besides compost worms, other companions are settling in. This shows that the bin is running at full speed.
It was a great observation and I’m absolutely on track – the ecosystem in my worm bin is very active and forms a complex community of life.
Classification of my discoveries:
The white worms (Enchytraeidae)!
The small, white, thread-like worms seen in the photos are Enchytraeidae, also known as white worms.
The only thing left to observe is that they don’t multiply explosively.
Because they love a slightly acidic environment.
If there are too many, that’s an indicator of it being too acidic, and I’ll simply add pulverized eggshells and lime.
That will neutralize the acid again!
The round critters (mites)
In the photos, there are also light, rounded critters that resemble mites or very young springtails.
Are they harmful?
In most cases: No. Most mites in worm bins are beneficial, helping to break down fungi and coarse plant remains that are still too tough for the worms. They do valuable preparatory work.
In summary, everything is in order!
My “ecosystem” is running!
The fact that I see so many different little helpers shows that my bin is alive and working.
Mites love humidity, and here, the wetter it is, the more they reproduce. For a healthy population, the moisture here should be regulated by mixing in dry paper.
Since the worms only stay in the soil, it has started perfectly.
How nutrient-rich this mixture already is, the corn has already shown me.
I’m already looking forward to harvesting my first self-produced vermicompost, which will continuously bring fresh nutrients and bacteria / life into the pots for plant cultivation.
You never stop learning in life. And when successes come, it makes you even happier.
There’s nothing to report on the clones today. I’ve only lowered the humidity a little further to 42 - 44% under light. Last night it didn’t go above 51% in the dark phase. This is very good towards the end to give mold no chance.
Tomorrow, on flowering day 50, I will examine the trichomes under a microscope.
Maybe they’ll be ready faster than expected.
It’s slowly time to fill the new pots! And awaken seeds with new life. Have a good week, happy cultivating wishes Pflanzenpaule
Here today, just a few photos of the grape soda.
It’s looking better day by day. These last days before harvesting are, in my opinion, the worst ![]()
But with these prospects ![]()
Wishing you a good start to the week ![]()
Here’s a small “I’m still alive” sign from me.
Greetings, and I hope you all had a better day than me.
Had the ‘tooth butcher’ appointment again today.
After that, I quickly drove home and sought out my little bed.
All my ‘biters’ are out now in the upper jaw. Except for three, in the front.
Now there’s a temporary fixture for appearances.
But honestly!
I could do without it because I can’t get my ‘lick-rag’ around it properly anymore.
Feels like a fat labia across the palate.
Sorry, but it is what it is.
There was another deeply fractured tooth there. Only held by the supporting structure and the ceramic crown on top.
No wonder I constantly had pain and inflammation.
The predecessor (previous dentist) should have their license revoked.
Well, nothing really works smoothly in this country anymore.
Oh, and the numbness was so disgusting.
I couldn’t feel my ‘smell-bulb’ anymore.
After 4 hours of midday sleep, the numbness is gone, and I got to work looking at what will be starting next for me.
2 x 20 l Auto Pot Flex fabric pots.
Living Soil layered 10% / 7% / 3%. This way, the new ones can go in early.
Mexican Sativa / Kalini Asia
In Environment 1, the following joins them:
2 x 25 l fabric pots with Royal Queen Seeds Logo
Sour Diesel, cultivation in 2% Living Soil and later layered in 10% / 7% / 3% Living Soil.
If this soil is enough, then another Bubblegum Gelato.
Alternatively, it grows in Bio Tabs in the second 25 l bag.
All 4 photoperiodic!
In Environment 2, the following will start:
2 x 20 l Auto Pot Flex fabric pots.
Propagation first in small pots with 2% Living Soil.
Layered in the final pots with 5% / 3% / 2% Living Soil.
2 Autos. An Amnesia Skittlez and a Wedding Cake, “Torti”.
I’ve planned the start for mid-May.
Might even start a few days earlier.
Now I’m retreating back into my recovery mode.
Many greetings from Pflanzenpaule
Oh man oh man.
Yes, get well soon, inflammation-free healing, and a speedy strong bite.
Here today is the comparison of the three automatics that germinated at the same time.
Blue mazar Auto (SeedSupplier) - somehow the slowest, but sweet, no visible flowers yet but some stretch.
Sherbet queen auto (RQS) - is just beginning with flower formation, stretching behavior.
Wedding cake Auto (RQS) - still clearly slightly stretching. Flower formation has been present for a long time. For this one, I was the only one to use the old pot, dug out the old root stump with a shovel, added new top dressing, and put seedling soil into the hollow. Seems to like it best ![]()
It is already slightly larger than the grape soda, which will be harvested today.
This could be something.
Have a nice sunny day from the Pott ![]()
I am sorry for the pain. But I am glad that you are feeling better. It will keep improving ![]()
That’s it for the Grape soda.
It’s now hanging to dry and has a beautifully sour, floral OG smell ![]()
Olala
And adieu until later ![]()
Kalini Asia Tent Is Flowering Week 5-6, Should be 7-8
Everything is okay so far, but once again the old problem: from when does the grower count the flowering time, actual flowering or already from pre-flowering?
With Zamnesia, it’s more the pre-flowering; with the Kalini, all pistils are still snow-white. I actually just wanted to try out the microscope.
Oh wonder, almost all trichomes milky, only in the lower area there are still a few clear ones, but no amber yet.
That’s why the lady immediately got a good flush (rinse). Since mineral substrate stores nutrients really well, I would have liked to flush her 2 weeks before the end, shit happens ![]()
Well, the buds aren’t really fat either, which is due to the low temperatures.
Tent is in the stairwell = Temperatures 15-23.5 C
Banana Melt Flowering Week 5-6
Everything is still going according to plan here and is getting more beautiful ![]()
Kailini Asia Backup Outdoor
This one was actually planned as a backup for the overwatered one (I didn’t actually think it would survive) in the tent, but it handled its water damage well.
But it can live on as outdoor balcony decoration with minimal care.
I wanted to try out anyway if it also works with the typical long-term fertilizer sticks for balcony box geraniums.
@Dirty-Hari
everything still looks perfectly fine.
I have now also, considering that the Cookies OG clones will be ready in about 10-13 days,
drastically moved up the germination of new ladies to today!
And for me, if the lady comes – to visit, a Kalini Asia is also included.
It has some Hindu Kush in its genes somewhere, and yeah, that was a treat, which is why I’m excited about the Kalini.
This time cultivating in small clay pots – very small! Filled with peat, and in the middle, an Easy Start Plug inserted, nestled in the peat.
In the peat hole, some rooting powder with bacteria, mycorrhiza, and Trichoderma.
Where the Easy Start then went. Let these swell in water with Rhizobacter.
All 6 are now in a Mini Propagation House from Royal Queen Seeds.
Germination Day 1 today.
First, measured and added powder
The peat
The pots labeled so I know what’s in them at the end.
Those were the mini Easy Starts. The seeds are almost bigger!
Here they were soaking up their water with Rhizobacter.
That’s how I took the shape, and in the end, they went into the peat without plastic.
The Amnesia Skittlez

Bubblegum Gelato
Sour Diesel
Kalini Asia
Mexican Sativa
and Torti, Wedding Cake
Now they are all first in Environment 1 for germination, dark until something shows. Then a gentle light will turn on in the little house.
The pots for further cultivation with 2% Living Soil are ready, as are the 6 final pots.
2x 20l with 5% because 2 automatics are included, and the others are 10% / 7% Living Soil.
4 x 20l fabric pots will later be in the Auto Pot. 2 x 25l fabric pots for hand watering. But first, they need to germinate.
The start is made. And the Cookies OG are smelling stronger and stronger.
Tomorrow I’ll examine the trichome heads under magnification.
But now it’s time to call it a day. Many greetings from Pflanzenpaule
Hello there
I don’t want to write much.
Today I’ll just let the clones speak.
Cookies OG Clones, Flowering day 53 in their final phase.
The deep purple hues combined with the dense resin layer attest to excellent genetics and very good care.
Paule wishes you a nice weekend
They look glorious, the colors are also really amazing.
