It’s completely quiet here when @Pflanzenpaul and @herr_gruen have nothing to cultivate and show.
That’s where I come in.
A double post doesn’t matter then. It serves the good of the topic.
Here we go.
Something has happened compared to my last picture. Everyone is pretty much over the hill.
Lamps are hanging about 50cm above the canopies. Now at just under 50% on the dimmer switch.
GrowLoops were carefully removed.
I made the holes they left disappear. Some new Light mix/perlite soil around the stem, and some of my mixed soil around the edges.
On top of that, the mulch layer of hemp litter that finally arrived yesterday.
Before that, the existing soil in the fabric pot was watered again so that the new soil could soak up some moisture right away.

To counteract the lull a bit. My two ladies are also developing splendidly.

Had to defoliate almost every day.
Soon I will repot them one last time before letting them flower.
However, the new Grow Room must be finished first. Also, the larger tent must be set up. (120 x 120 x 200)

With that, a big hello to everyone.
Well, the fact that I’m less active lately;
is solely due to the amount of work.
Things are running like an assembly line here.
One harvest taken from the Cannatrol yesterday, dry-weighed and packed in the TerpLoc Grove Bag for further curing, then the Mexican was wet-trimmed and ready for the Cannatrol. Today, Day 2 Dry Mode, the climate has settled in.
62% RH and 19.9 degrees, the dew point 12.5 degrees for a slow drying.
But back to Kalini Asia.
That was yesterday. 102 gr dried.
Not a big run, but not meager either. There are still 2 more coming.
11 days ago there were already the last live pictures of her.
The wet trim was a sticky affair.
A piece of scissor hash.
There they were already on the TrimBin and what a sparkle.
But after lollipopping, there was herming.
It was absolutely right to fight the bananas and what a struggle. But I saw it through.
Four seeds on the entire plant.
I put other noticeably large calyxes in a small box and dried them with it.
All others were empty except for the 4 seeds. I saved them because it was so incredibly sticky when fresh.
But I think now that they are dried, there’s nothing left there either. Then it will be sieved along.
The trim is already on ice.
The last pictures before cutting it out.
Ready for 4 days of drying and yep -
I had programmed 5 days of Cure Mode and stopped it yesterday at the end of Day 4 and packed it in the bag because a new Dry Mode had to start.
Already have some popcorn buds to snack on.
Her root system was also brutal
I had already freed the Aqua Valve from penetrating roots. But she sent new ones where the broth runs.
In the end, the pots remain.
This time I’m emptying them, which has already happened. Washing the fabric pots. I disposed of the root socks and disc because there will be new ones next time.
Since I always try to perform my work to perfection, time is always lost there.
Because precisely and beautifully trimmed buds. I like that.

Here I was exactly within the breeder’s specifications: 7/8 flowering weeks, 49 - 56 flowering days.
On day 48, I had predominantly milky, very little clear, and the conversion to CBN had started, which could be seen as amber on the flowers, on the calyxes.
Since I didn’t want anything sedating and preferred more of a head high.
Day 50 of flowering, beginning of flowering week 8, was the best time.
Now is also the best time to finish with the K. Asia here.

And so I’ll get to the Mexican Sativa, which I brought to a pleasant end yesterday, at the end of flowering day 58, beginning of the 9th flowering week.
According to the breeder, 56 - 70 days were stated here.
This was the second of its kind.
In comparison to the first one, I saw that the first one had fewer trichomes on flowering day 64, but a great potency and a taste that stood out from many strains.
Also experienced hard, brutally dense buds where bud rot ultimately led to an emergency harvest.
This one had much more trichome density with equally very dense, hard buds, and that already on flowering day 58.
Two or three days before yesterday’s harvest, I examined the trichome ripeness more closely and magnified it.
That was Thursday.
About 80 - 90 % milky and very little amber.
Maybe 2 %.
Here I wanted the pure, uplifting Sativa high without the ‘sleep mode’.
And that was the desired peak for me.
Then yesterday I looked more closely again.
These were the last living pictures.
The 2 pictures show the lowest buds on the net, which indicates an even trichome ripeness in the milky range, showing that the plant had reached its highest THC level.
One picture shows the enormous length of its hard, dense, spear-like buds. Measured from the net, the spears stood 35 - 40 cm high, dense, fat with all their floral splendor, and this time no light stress, no bud rot.
The latter, in particular, would probably have become a problem now.
It was very pleasing then that the hermaphroditism of the K. Asia actually didn’t cause any harm to it.
Folks, I found only a single seed on it.
Quickly, in the last half hour of light, I cut it out and hung branch by branch on the microphone boom stand.
So that when the lights go out, the tent is closed again.
The AutoPot including the pot was taken out and the floor wiped.
Then I finally had some breathing room, as K. Asia’s Day 4 Cure Mode was still running for 4 hours.
Now, buying the Cannatrol proved worthwhile by allowing me to secure additional drying trays directly, and I set up the workstation.
Before K. Asia had to come out of the Cannatrol, I disinfected the Grove Bag, but the larger one was already sufficient.
The roll prevented the bag from collapsing, allowing them to dry well.
Then I went a bit carelessly into defoliation and wet trimming.
My sense of smell isn’t the best. My wife was also deeply relaxed at first.
But then in the course of the afternoon, she went down to the meadow with Gizmo.
When she came back into the stairwell, she walked straight into a mighty cloud of fresh weed scent.
And if that wasn’t enough, she chatted up the neighbor, asking if my wife knew where this scent was coming from.
My wife, of course, had no idea and said;
“Oh, it’s so pungent, it could be coming from anywhere.”
They must think we would say, ‘sorry, it’s from us’.
Good thing there are several consumers living here.
Cool, secretly a little quality confirmation.
Folks, I’m dying of laughter.
Turned on the AC, but more so that due to the negative pressure, nothing would smell in the stairwell and it would be blown out the window, and I was happy to know the Mexican was then in the Cannatrol.
And with that, Story 2, the Mexican Sativa story.
What remains will surely be a super awesome smoke and high.

Today I measured with the Photone and the PPFD App and turned up the dimmer further, now just under 60% at 50cm distance.
Apps say with paper diffuser 550-600 qmol.
Soil is well moistened.

The Sour Diesel. Phone freshly charged, it continues;
according to the breeder 70 - 77 flowering days.
This damn hot piece is at flowering day 59 with me today.
And she will continue to stand until I see mostly milky with 15 - 20 % amber.
Because with the Diesel genetics, I want the full feel-good potential.
And her being allowed to continue is rewarded with damn hot colors.
I measured her height today, from the topsoil.
She’s not even very tall.
90 cm. But still!
As tall as she is, so wide she is too.
She definitely won’t need the full 77 days or longer.
I think about 8 - 10 days and then it fits that there’s another quick change. The Mexican out and her into the Cannatrol.
That’s exactly how it went, one after the other, 4 days Dry and 4 days Cure Mode and further curing in Grove Bags.
The trichome pictures today only via phone.
The lady still drinks 2 - 2.5 l of water daily.
On extremely hot days, it’s sometimes 3.8 l of water.
No plant has ever shown me its thirst so precisely.
In the morning, the soil moisture is always at 32 - 36 %, which tells me;
Water, march!
I increased her dimmers to 74 % again today, with a light distance of 38 cm.
Oh folks, how she spreads her legs. Rrrrrrr
I only have a few minis under her skirt, uh, Scrog.
But they are so sugared. Wonderful.
But I think she’s a minx.
She’s got a lot up her sleeve, because the real beauty is coming now.
Closer up, she becomes full of vibrant colors, and the sugar, even on larger sun leaves.
But not those coming directly from the flower, but the leaves on the longer stem.
I believe she’ll be just as sticky as the Mexican yesterday.
The Sour Diesel is getting more and more beautiful. I would love to spend the last nights with her.
There’s space now, but it’s too warm in there for me.
And while K. Asia continues to cure in the bag, number 2 of her kind is in environment 2 in the 90 x 90.
Today is day 29 and growth day 8. She had a longer dry spell.
The Dope Soil was saturated wet by 50 % and because it germinated directly in the 18 l final pot.
It took a long time for her to bring the sensor to 44 %.
But with the values dropping, the growth progressed.
The 350 ml from three days ago, after a long time, were gone today as she had reached the sensor’s initial value again.
Three days ago I removed her top two leaves to give more light to the lower side shoots.
But today, there were 2 larger leaves above them again.
So today I cut off her main tip.
That was her, and with that, she can’t avoid directing growth to the lower shoots now.
When the sensor reached a new low today, 43 %.
Today she got a good drink. 700 ml with 10 ml molasses/Lab Ferment.
2 ml nettle ferment. 0.3 gr Trichoderma after inoculation for soil health and thus her health. In addition, 1 gr Super Microbes Root X.
With beneficial bacteria, mycorrhiza and again Trichoderma.
Last height measurement was 12 cm and today counted 6 nodes.
Yes, they are very close together.
Set the fan to 3 today for a bit more dancing in the wind, which should create a sturdy stem.
Since she seems to react very sensitively to Lollipoping.
This will either not be done with her, or only very gently.
But as soon as the lower shoots are longer, she will be spread out because this environment doesn’t offer much in terms of height.
But looking absolutely healthy.
After watering, the sensor reached 53 % and is falling at 52 %.
So I’m in the range of not too wet and not too dry. Exactly so that the soil life actively delivers, and you can see that.

Well guys, except for the short form of dabbing, , the Dbe, there’s not much going on here when I’m not around.
Will I succeed in bringing life back to this page ???
What is there to show and tell!
I’ll start with Kalini Asia 2. Not much to report there. Except - today is Day 35, Day 17 of veg.
And I’m smoking number 1 right now and phew, now after several curing days, more and more flavor is coming through. Even though it’s a bud that’s smoking, the whole thing tastes aggressively like hash. Despite all the trouble she pulled.
It was worth it.
For lady number 2, today is actually the second day that I haven’t checked on her since the last watering. Her soil moisture sensor is at 48%.
She got 1.2 liters the day before yesterday and I removed 2 more upper fan leaves so the light hits the lower shoots nicely. I think tomorrow the sensor will be low enough that she’ll need water again. Then I’ll measure her height again and take new pictures of her. Last measurement on Thursday, she was 16.5 cm tall.
Currently I have my eye more on the Sour Diesel, because she’s in the harvest window and due any time!
The Amnesia Skittlez Outdoor Balkonia is also right near its end.
The dry heat outside brought a thrips infestation to her and the Wedding Cake, and in dry air they love to multiply.
I’m not going at them with neem oil anymore. Predatory mites don’t make sense either, because outdoor and dry air. They’re gone or dead before they’ve eaten anything.
So all I could do was remove infected leaves and put blue sticky traps down around the trunk to catch pests crawling up from the soil right at the trunk. And it’s looking good.
The Wedding Cake Auto is today at day 59 since germination start and 54 days out of the soil.
She still has a good 16 - 23 days left. Time to put on a decent amount of bud mass, and both are pretty impressive for a 9-liter pot outdoors.
She is 80 cm tall today.
Despite the heat and dry air, 38.8 degrees and 21% RH measured today, she looks super healthy and well nourished.
The Amnesia Skittlez Auto today at day 69 from germination start and 64 days out of the soil, according to the breeder she takes 63 - 70 days = 9 - 10 weeks from germination.
Based on yesterday’s trichome pictures, the majority are already cloudy/milky to milky, but there are still some glass-clear heads.
Here and there I saw very light golden discoloration on sugar leaves.
However, the calyxes show mostly milky heads.
So I’m assuming another 6 to 9 days, and so she got her last nutrient solution yesterday and now only pH-regulated water.

As for the pictures, that looks like a very healthy and resinous Amnesia Zkittlez! That the buds look a bit leafier or “fluffier” compared to other strains and have many small sugar leaves poking through is absolutely normal for this genetics.
Sativa/Hybrid phenotype: With Amnesia Skittlez, you more frequently see a looser, leafier bud structure compared to pure Indicas, which form extremely dense, compact nugs.
So much for my first outdoor grow 
The Mexican starts day 4 of cure mode in 4 hours, which means from tomorrow evening on she’ll be ready to go into a Grove Bag at any time as soon as the next drying run needs to start. She’s curing at 20.2 degrees. Because of the heat and therefore it being a bit warmer in the house. Actually it would be 19.8 degrees, but 0.4 degrees more doesn’t matter much. Humidity is stable at 60%.
And now on to the Sour Diesel - folks!
She is 115 days old today and at day 65 of flower. According to the breeder, specified as 70 - 77 flowering days or 10 - 11 flowering weeks. I still need to take a closer look at today’s trichome pictures; since the THC conversion is already underway, I’m aiming for 10 - 20% amber on her to experience the full Diesel aroma.
And it’s probably pretty close.
This is my toy for stable trichome magnification! 
Ooh, another gorgeous lady, but these aren’t the trichome pictures with my toy. Those are still coming!
I only gave her 1 liter of water today, and with that, the soil moisture sensor stayed in my desired range at the start of the dark phase.
Shows me crystal clear that she needs less and less.
I took off a few fan leaves today which I trimmed, because even in the biggest fan leaves there are trichomes attached, and that will go to sifting when the time comes.
Some of the buds are hanging like on a gallows using plant yoyos so the spears don’t bend over.
She too will finish significantly earlier than the breeder’s specifications.
The first trichome pictures, taken today, are from the highest buds, closest to the light of the lamps.
The next ones I took a few cm below that.
The next pictures are of buds directly above the SCROG.

[/grid]I think this is just awesome, even ripening from top to bottom.
I think there will be another harvest festival tomorrow evening, or Monday at the latest.
Then the big tent will be empty and deep cleaning and disinfection can begin. The Auto Pot Flex fabric pots are already hand-washed and I’m just brushing away the last remaining root bits.
A little power-saving time until there’s no more heatwave, and then the game starts all over again, only this time with new soil, new super soil with Bio Tabs, and all the toys around it like compost tea.
I think this Sour Diesel gives a very special note!
Then yesterday I had to get a new printer because I couldn’t print the Critical strain profile. The old one and my first printer only printed blank pages despite new ink.
So I deleted it from the PC, set up a new one, and paired the thing with the PC. Now it’s running again and making nice clean prints.
I think the first one was a good 10 years old now. Now it’s history!
I think this was another longer story-telling session
Starting tomorrow, this damn heatwave is finally fading. Then it will get milder every day. What a summer.
Even the ships are running aground there! Rhine harbor Koblenz Ehrenbreitstein.
Just a shadow of its former self.

And after everything was written, I had an epiphany and turned off the lighting.
Meaning - unplugged the lamps during the dark phase so it stays dark tomorrow .
Turned off the humidifier so that only the fans and exhaust are running and the dehumidifier.
Scissors sharpened, tomorrow the Sour Diesel will be harvested on day 66 of 70 - 77 days according to the breeder.
In the topmost head buds, amber is at 15 - 20 % . Enormous for a Sour Diesel.
Now I could harvest only these and let the lower ones keep ripening.
But I separate the head buds, which are then sedating, nice for falling asleep, and the lower ones milky for an uplifting high.
That way I have a mixed spectrum of effects from one lady.
And like with K. Asia and now the Mexican, tomorrow evening at the end of day 4 cure mode, the Mexican goes weighed dry into Grove Bags for further storage and curing so the Sour Diesel can go into drying.
