Just write to them that you won the contest in the app and which seeds they were, I’m curious about their response. I don’t think anything will change on my end before tomorrow evening.
I’ve now started germinating my own strains as a replacement. Since one is already popping out of the soil, I can’t wait any longer to germinate something new. Otherwise I’d have problems later with plants of different sizes and I really don’t feel like dealing with that.

News on the Granita on flowering day 31.
The buds are getting increasingly larger and growing together at the top. The resin production is already brutal.

Well then, I won’t hold out much hope for the Permanent M. @BluntForceTrauma420 .
Unfortunately, that’s the next story about problems with these seeds.
I’m noticing though that also from others and especially these free extra beans show a very high failure rate for me in the form of not germinating. Just today I disposed of a free promo Wedding Cake.
That’s why I currently place them in cotton wool first, slightly damp, to see faster if anything is happening.
Let’s hope we don’t have so many more duds.
Maybe the 24 hours in water was already too long and they suffocated.
If I start in water, then only for a few hours and then into slightly damp cotton wool or directly into a Jiffy. Maximum 12 hours in water and then it should be at the bottom. Some need a gentle poke and should then sink. Whatever is still floating on top is broken anyway.

I’ve had that happen quite often with very cheap seeds too. But that’s usually white-label marketing. You never know what you’re really getting. Sometimes a jackpot, sometimes a total dud.
It’s been especially bad with Sensi Seeds… they’ve gone downhill so much.

Normally I just plant them directly in soil and sprout them that way. I used to do the paper towel and soak thing and always soaked 24-30 hours without issue but I suppose it may have been a point of failure this time though.

Hehe, Sensi Seeds were my first 3 - 4 years ago and they were good except for the last ones from there. 3 x Malibu Gold duds.
From Zamnesia Kalini 2 nothing and one hermaphrodite.
And now I still have plenty from 4 different ones where I don’t know when another gem will come along. 
You never really know.
Just like with the stated flowering time.
The plant doesn’t read the label.
It matures based on the climate, the light, and the nutrients.
Not based on what is written.
And sometimes nothing happens. And that nothing is happening more and more often.

Mine are turning out rather small & thick. And they’re getting firm already, too. 
Could it be that yours is sativa dominant? That’s where the buds tend to get rather big and looser. Unlike indicas. Mine is a 50/50.

That will be the source of the problem, too long in the water.
I went straight into moist cotton wool with the PM. Room temperature 21 degrees. And it’s just showing a mini root tip.
I’ll put it in a Jiffy in the evening.
But its path is still rocky and long.
I read somewhere that if seeds soak in water for longer than 24 hours, they get ruined due to lack of oxygen.
The same thing if the soil is too wet during germination.
Just 10% too much water and the germination rate drops significantly.
And now off for the daily morning walk with Gizmo.

It is indeed the case that every plant, genetics produces different buds.
Sometimes they are long and fat .
Or small ,hard , like golf balls.
Each one also has a different effect !
Also some of the trichome heads on yours are purple colored.
The colors are awesome and it’s entering the final stretch.
